Getting hold of a person.

There is no support phone queue and there is not going to be one. Here is what there is, and one thing that is honestly missing.

If you are already an account

Say it on the thread. Lewis is a text conversation and anything that is not a lead (a bug, a message you think should not have been blocked, a question about the bill) goes to a person from there. There is no second inbox to find.

If a guardrail blocked something it should not have

That is the most useful message we get, and it is worth being specific: what you were trying to say, what came back, and which lead it was for. If a rule is over-firing we would rather change the rule than have you work around it.

Note that “over-firing” and “inconvenient” are different. A fair-housing block or a property-fact block that fires on a sentence you wanted to send is usually the product working: the fix is the message. Guardrails.

If something on a comparison page is wrong

The comparison pages describe other products’ categories rather than their internals, deliberately. If one of them is out of date or unfair to a product you work on, tell us and it gets changed: that is not a courtesy, it is the only way a page like that stays worth reading.

If it is a privacy request

Deleting your account and its data is a thing you can ask for. See the privacy policy for what is stored and by whom.

The thing that is missing

There is no published email address or contact form yet. Writing one that bounces would be worse than saying so, so: this page says so. Until there is one, the way in is to start an account: the funnel is a real conversation with the product on the other end, and messages that are not about leads reach a person.

If you are not an account and cannot start one, that is a genuine gap and it is on the list.

Might answer it faster

The fastest route in is the product.

It is a text conversation, and a person is on the other end of the ones that are not about leads.
