Pricing

Per agent, not per message.

Working your list harder should not cost more, so the meter is not on the messages. Every plan includes every guardrail. Those are not an upsell, and pricing them as one would mean selling a version of this that is unsafe.

Why not charge per message

Because the moment a message costs money, every decision about the product becomes a decision about revenue, and they point in opposite directions.

A per-message price rewards volume. This product’s entire argument is restraint: it drops numbers it may not text, it refuses a message rather than queueing it, it stays silent in a group chat when a gate fails, and it re-asks instead of guessing. Every one of those is a message not sent. A pricing model that punished them would eventually win the argument.

What “no contract” means here

No minimum term, no setup fee, no cancellation fee. Cancel and the membership ends at the close of the billing period you have already paid for, not immediately, because you paid for it.

Annual billing is 20% off and is the same product. There is no feature behind it.

What is included on every plan

  • Every guardrail. The fair-housing block, the property-fact block, the proximity block, and the hold on any commitment. Identical on the $79 plan and the $449 one.
  • Every draft held for your approval, at the autonomy level every account starts on.
  • The full message log, and the event log behind it.
  • The opt-out list, honoured across every seat in the brokerage, permanently.

What the plans actually differ on

Volume, seats, and whether you want the workflow that comes with a team. Solo is one agent and one book. Team adds copilot mode, per-agent threads and sign-off, and the morning briefing. Brokerage adds the exportable audit trail and group threads with buyers.

There is no plan on which Lewis will send a message you have not approved unless you have granted copilot mode in words. That is not a plan feature; it is how the product is built.

Before you decide

Three things worth reading first, and one thing worth trying.

One number, and it does not move when you work harder.

Start on the plan that matches your book. Every guardrail is already in it.
