What changed, and why.

August 2026: the site

The marketing site was rebuilt. The home page is the new design, and the two previous landing pages are kept at /legacy/lewis and /legacy/verseo: reachable, deliberately out of the search index, because three pages arguing for one product split one ranking three ways.

Thirty-odd new pages went up with it: every benefit, every comparison, the trust and legal set, and the use cases. All of them are generated from one content file, which is why the header, the footer and the design tokens on them cannot drift from the home page.

August 2026: a travel time you cannot source is refused

Distance and travel time were split, because they are not the same kind of claim. An exact distance is arithmetic and free. A travel time is not, and an invented “about a 12 minute walk to the Prudential Center” was passing every outbound rail and sending.

There is now no detour multiplier anywhere in the product. A minute figure comes from a provider that traced streets or it does not exist, and the unrouted sentence says “0.9 miles away in a straight line”.

August 2026: a yes belongs to the question asked last

A closing note could go out on the same turn as a held draft, so an agent read two asks, answered the second, and the product applied the answer to the first. The closing note is now registered as a question in its own right, and the approval queue is checked before anything claims there is nothing outstanding.

Earlier: the rules moved out of the prompt

The guardrails run on the model’s output rather than being described to it in advance, at every autonomy level, with no path around them. That is the change everything else on the trust pages depends on.
