Comparison

You would write a better text than Lewis.

That is true and it is not the point. The comparison is not between your message and its message. It is between four hundred of its messages and eleven of yours.

Why this page exists

Because it is the real alternative. Almost nobody choosing whether to buy this is choosing between Lewis and a competitor; they are choosing between Lewis and the plan they already have, which is to get to the old leads once things quieten down.

Things do not quieten down.

Side by side

One row per thing an agent actually asks about.

Everything below about Lewis is checkable in this product. Everything about the other side is a description of the CATEGORY it belongs to, not a claim about its internals. For anything specific, and for current pricing, read their own documentation. If something here is out of date or unfair, tell us and it gets fixed.

The failure mode is not quality, it is stopping

A list worked properly for three weeks and then abandoned is worth less than a list worked slowly for a year, because the value is entirely in reaching the person during the eight-week window when they happen to be thinking about moving again. You cannot know which eight weeks that is, so the only strategy is to still be there.

Consistency is the one thing software is structurally better at than a person, and it is the only thing this job requires.

What you should keep doing yourself

Everything after the handover. The call, the showing, the negotiation, the judgement about what a place is worth and whether this is the right one: all of it. Lewis is built to stop at that line, and every commitment it might otherwise make is held for you instead.

The version of this that is fair to you

You are not bad at follow-up. You are one person with a live pipeline, and the dormant list will always lose to the live one, correctly. Lewis is not better than you at this. It is just awake.
